All our service vehicles & delivery vans have pin-point accurate tracking. This not only helps us plan engineer routes for the day, but also gives us information, such as ETAs, available at the click of a button that we can pass on to the customer.
All our engineers have a service app on their PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants). This app provides details of service calls, addresses, messages & a whole lot more. They automatically link up to our head office with new calls and take a record of all calls completed including times, parts & any customer requests.
Our office staff can view all service calls in one handy screen. This helps to ensure that our engineers are despatched at the correct times and that geographically all calls are possible within our 4 hour response time.
