CBS now has a team of over 25 specialists, based over two locations with the recent opening of an office to serve the North West of England.
This enables us to better service our customers, new and old, around the M62 Corridor and beyond.
The CBS offer also benefits from a high quality, upgraded service department, and carries stocks of over 100 different types of toners at all times.

All our service vehicles & delivery vans have pin-point accurate tracking. This not only helps us plan engineer routes for the day, but also gives us information, such as ETAs, available at the click of a button we can pass on to the customer.
All our engineers now have a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). These mini computers provide details of service calls, addresses, messages & a whole lot more. They automatically link up to our head office with new calls and take a record of all calls completed including times, parts & any customer requests.
Our office staff can now view all calls in one handy screen, helping to ensure that our engineers are despatched within the correct times and that geographically all calls are possible within our 4 hour response time.
