This ensures equipment is constantly working at 100% productivity, eliminating downtime and interruption to our customers business. A full service and maintenance agreement will be provided to cover all aspects of service to include:
- ALL PARTS AND LABOUR
- CALL OUT CHARGES
- PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
- EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN
- CONSUMABLES (EXCLUDING PAPER AND STAPLES)
- MAXIMUM 4 HOUR RESPONSE TIME
Some features of our service department are:
- VEHICLE TRACKING
All our service vehicles & delivery vans have pin-point accurate tracking. This not only helps us plan engineer routes for the day, but also gives us information at the click of a button we can pass on to the customer – like ETAs.
- PDA SYSTEM
All our engineers now have a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). These mini computers provide details of service calls, addresses, messages & a whole lot more. They automatically link up to our head office with new calls and take a record of all calls completed including times, parts & any customer requests.
- CALL MONITORING SYSTEM
Our office staff can now view all calls in one handy screen making sure engineers are despatched within the correct times and that geographically all calls are possible within our 4 hour response time.
