Commerce Business Systems Ltd announces asset acquisition of Sastech Ltd

Bradford-based Commerce Business Systems Ltd (CBS) are an award-winning solutions provider, supplying managed print, IT and telecoms services throughout the Yorkshire region.

As part  of their long-term expansion strategy, CBS are delighted to announce the recent acquisition of Sastech Ltd’s contracts and customer base. Sastech provide smart office solutions and managed services to customers across the northwest of England and north Wales, from their offices in Ellesmere Port and Conwy, respectively.

The acquisition is an asset purchase and, while CBS have taken on the contracts and customer base of Sastech Ltd, the two companies will be working closely together and will operate under the CBS brand. The partnership enables CBS to expand its operations and provide Sastech’s customers with an even wider range of products and services, to choose from, and the same high standards of support.
